Three hundred lines. One person. Three weeks.
Falconic reads the price letter, matches it to Prophet 21, and waits for your approval.
Synthetic data. Supplier, lines and approver are illustrative, not a customer's.2
A supplier sends a PDF: three hundred lines, new costs, effective in four weeks. It lands in one person's inbox. They type it into a spreadsheet, chase the four part numbers that don't match, work out which customers go upside down, and get it into Prophet 21 three weeks later, if nothing else came up.
Every order shipped in those three weeks went out at the old price against the new cost. No report shows that number, so nobody fixes it. Tariff surcharges, rollbacks and future-dated changes have made the letters more frequent and the spreadsheet less able to keep up.
Falconic takes the three weeks out. It does not take the person out.
Read. Match, with evidence. Hold for approval.
Three steps, and a person between the second and the third.
Read the letter
Forward the email or drop the PDF, spreadsheet or scan. Falconic extracts every line: part number, description, pack, old cost, new cost, effective date, surcharge and tariff reference. Blanket increases ("all anchors +6%") are expanded against your item master and marked as inferred.
Match every line, show the evidence
Supplier part, manufacturer part and UPC are joined first. What remains is matched by description under hard rules for pack, unit and brand, and shown next to the source line from the letter so a person can confirm it in one look. Then the margin impact: per SKU, per customer, per contract, from the effective date.
Hold, approve, write back
The reprice is computed under your rules (floor margin, pass-through, rounding, contract locks) and held for a named approver. On approval, Falconic produces the approved changes as a file in your ERP's own import layout, ready for the screen your team already uses. With a direct connector, set up on your instance during the pilot, it runs a dry run, posts, reads the values back, and keeps before-and-after for every line so the batch can be reverted for 30 days.
Three things Falconic refuses, by design.
Write without a named approver
There is no setting that turns this off. A post to the ERP requires an approval record with a person's name on it, and the database rejects one without it.
Guess an unmatched line
If a part number does not resolve and the description match is below your threshold, the line stops. It is shown to a person with the source snippet. Nothing is dropped silently.
Replace your pricing tool
Falconic works on the buy side, at the moment the letter arrives, and ends at the posted cost and reprice. Strategic sell-side pricing stays where it is; Falconic makes sure it starts from a current cost basis.
Drop a price letter. See the lines before you give us your email.
Your first letter is free and runs on this page. PDF, spreadsheet or CSV. No account, no call, and the file never leaves your computer.
What happens to your file. This scan runs in your browser with no upload. Extraction uses part numbers, prices and percentages found in the text; lines it is not sure about are marked for review rather than guessed. The full run, with a document engine for scans and long price books and description matching for lines without a part number, is what the pilot covers.
Built for Prophet 21 first. Works with the ERP you have.
Every customer starts the same way: your item master in from an export, the approved changes out in your ERP's own import layout, matched to the import screen your team already uses. A direct connector, with dry run, post and 30-day revert, is set up on your instance during the pilot.
A direct connector uses your own instance and your ERP's API licence and is set up as part of the pilot; until then nothing changes in how your team imports prices, only how long it takes to get the file. Vendor names are trademarks of their owners.
Ten past letters, scored against what your team did by hand.
On your data, in your tenant, with nothing written to your ERP. You see where it agrees with you, where it disagrees, and whether it was right.
- You send ten letters you have already processedand the item master export, or a read-only connection.
- Falconic reads and matches each oneand computes the margin impact as it would have on the day the letter arrived.
- We compare, line by line, against the prices your team actually posted, and show every disagreement with the evidence.
- You decide. If the numbers hold up, the connector and the approval chain are set up on your instance. If they don't, you have lost a week, not a quarter.
| What the pilot reports | Per letter |

| Lines matched automatically, and how many were wrong | count, % |
| Lines held for review, and why | count, reason |
| Margin impact on the arrival date vs. the date you posted | dollars, points |
| Days between arrival and your posted change | days |

The same report is published, in aggregate, as Falconic's accuracy benchmark from the first pilots onward. No number is claimed before it exists.
First letter free. Then pay by the letter, or by the month.

The read-only pilot (ten letters on your data, nothing written) is free; see the pilot section. No setup fee for pilot customers. Prices in US dollars, cancel any time. Prices may change before general availability; a pilot customer's price is fixed for twelve months from signing. A per-letter run above 40 pages or on a scanned letter counts as two letters.
In development. Pilots open.
We would rather tell you where it stands than promise a date.
Ten past letters on your data, scored against what your team did by hand. Your item master comes in as an export; approved changes go out in your ERP's import layout. The direct connector for Prophet 21, NetSuite, Acumatica or Business Central is set up on your instance as part of the pilot.
A small number of distributors on Prophet 21 or one of the three cloud ERPs, who process twenty or more supplier letters a year and will share ten of them. Pilot customers shape the review screen and the approval flow.
BOM roll-up for manufacturers, multi-entity, cross-customer benchmarks and a public REST API. Each starts with the first customer who needs it. Eclipse, Infor, DDI and SAP Business One run on their import layouts; a direct connector is scoped on request.
What a controller asks first.
Does it write directly to Prophet 21?
Yes, cloud and on-premise, through a connector set up on your instance with your Epicor API licence during the pilot. Every batch runs as a dry run first, is posted only against an approval record, is read back after posting, and can be reverted for 30 days. Before the connector is set up, approved changes come out as a file in the Prophet 21 price page import layout, so your team imports them the way they do today, in minutes instead of weeks.
Where is AI used, and where is it not?
A model reads the letter and proposes matches for lines that part numbers cannot resolve. The margin math, the reprice, the approval and the write-back are ordinary code, so a controller can recompute every number in a spreadsheet and get the same answer.
Epicor is adding its own intelligence to Prophet 21. Why not wait?
Epicor delivers that roadmap through Epicor Cloud. The final on-premise Prophet 21 feature release is 2028.1, tentatively May 2028, with support to June 2029. If you run P21 on-premise, as most distributors do, that roadmap does not reach you. Falconic posts to on-premise P21; when you move to the cloud, Prism can call Falconic through its MCP interface.
Can our own software call Falconic?
Yes. Falconic exposes an MCP server with three tools: submit a notice, read the results, and create an approval under a person's threshold. Business Central and Acumatica agents, Epicor Prism, Claude or Copilot can run the intake and hand the approval to a person. There is no tool that writes to an ERP.
What about an 80-page price book or a scanned letter?
Long and scanned documents are routed to a document engine built for them rather than a general model, and they are a quarter of the test set. Same accuracy gate, same review queue.
Tariffs went up, got struck down, came back. How does Falconic handle a rollback?
Every cost change is effective-dated and versioned, surcharges sit apart from base cost, and each change carries its tariff authority (232, 301, 338). When a supplier reverses a surcharge or a court reverses a tariff, you revert the batch that came from that letter, not the whole price list.
Who sees our prices?
Nobody outside your tenant. The shared library holds supplier-part to manufacturer-part links and letter layouts only, never your items, prices or volumes. You can opt out of it.
How is this different from Pepper, Zilliant or Pricefx?
They work on the sell side: what to charge, by customer and segment, from your transaction history. Falconic works on the buy side, at the moment the supplier's letter arrives, and ends at the posted cost and reprice. They assume the cost basis is current. Falconic is what makes it current.
Twenty minutes, one real letter.
Bring a supplier letter you have already processed. We run it on the call: extraction, matches, the impact, the approval card. You leave with the margin report for that letter, whatever you decide.
Or write to sales@chainfore.com with "Falconic pilot" in the subject.
